This is my first extension developed with the awesome tool made by Hossein and his fantastic staff.

It is a simple string manipulation with three functions:Randomize a string,reverse a string and count occurrences in a substring.

I think using Public String or Public int would be better than using Public Void and EventDispatcher.

you might want to follow the naming conventions, which is UpperCamelCase for property, method and event names (i.e. the first letter should be a capital letter) and lowerCamelCase for parameter names, i.e. no underscores in parameter names
