ApkBuilder failed

#10

I have imported Appybuilder and installed. Everything OK and I’ facing the same issues here. Maybe it’s not because of Peter has pointed:

I think even we don’t use those components, they could generate this kind of issues… Or am I wrong?

EDIT: The error showed in my case was this:

GRAVE: Build 1 Failed: 1 Error: Your build failed due to an error in the JarSigner stage, not because of an error in your program.

I had exported the keystore from Appybuilder online and imported into Appybuilder offline…

#11

I get the following messages

Your aia is big 4,8 MB with a lot of extensions and blocks.

There could be a conflict with one of them. You say it worked until now?

#12

Yes, the online version of the same aia works with no problem.
Export as expected

#13

I also see this message in the debugscreen

Error: Your build failed due to an error in the Activities stage, not because of an error in your program. Error: Your build failed due to an error in the ApkBuilder stage, not because of an error in your program.

@Hossein, could this be a memory problem or something that can be corrected with a modified bat or sh file?

#14

I don’t think @TF101 has captured the entire log

#15

This is the entire log when i try to build the aia from @TF101

#18

It’s for troubleshooting to determine why it’s failing, it’s not an excuse for why it failed.

#19

I compiled a big project with more then 6700 blocks without a problem. Still thinking, could it be a timing problem or a memory problem.

Do you have the Openjdk version or the oracle version of Java installed?

#20

I have downloaded the Version of Oracle
Maybe there are some Settings were I can adapt the Java?
It always stop at 85% Preparing final package
In the console I can read something like Generate zip.

#21

With me it pauses also around 85%. But it finishes.

#22

I have the feeling that depends on my Java or computer configuration, not at the Appybuilder.
At afternoon I will play around with the settings and check if it’s work.

#23

Maybe you installed Java 8 but java 8 is not used if you have multiple versions on your computer.

I also have multiple version and had to set the right one

#24

Hello Peter,
I’m almost sure that I only have one Java version installed.

I’m finished with my attempts and have no idea how it goes on!
I have played around with the settings of Java (there are not many): Not able to build apk
I have reinstalled Appybuilder Personal on my computer (C:) : Not able to build apk
I have try to build apk more then 10 times: Not able to build apk
I have try to increase memory in the WinStartBuildServer: Not able to build apk
I do not have any ideas how to do it anymore!

More than a year of development and now I have only 11 days to rescue my project.
In the worst case, I have to rebuild my project on another builder, but I want to avoid that. It would be so time consuming again.
It is not fair. I know I’m not the owner of Appybuilder, only a user but…it’s not fair. :smirk:

#25

Make a Copy of the aia and Remove All the Extensions and try Building the app. Let me know if it Builds or not

#26

My app make no sense without extensions.

#27

Just For Testing Purpose Only

#28

And then? If it works without extensions?
Thanks for your suggestions.

My app export in the online version but not in the offline. My goal is to run the offline version.

Thomas

Try Testing it… And Let me know
